THE SECOND COMING
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Welcome to the second B.O.S. disk. I hope you enjoyed the first. Well, on this
disk is quite a lot. There's 80kb on just UFOS! Red Dwarf, Star Trek, Aliens
info and scripts. Loads of cheats and stacks of other stuff. Have fun, and
please remember, register the B.O.S., it's only a quid. Support the ST!
I think you may find the UFO stuff interesting, as it gives the full story
behind the Roswell incident which was given coverage in a recent television
programme. This is the uncut version though.
On the disk you'll find a game hopefully, that is, if I have any diskspace left!
This will not need to be extracted, so can be played by all.
Are you impressed so far, or disgusted. Whatever you feel about the B.O.S., we'd
appreciate it if you could spare us some of your time and fill in OPINION.BOS on
disk 1, a user survey. It will help us to help you!
This disk contains 500kb of pure text for you to read, so go on, get stuck in!
Please remember to register the B.O.S., you will then be able to access the
giveaways on disk 1!
I must take this oppertunity to thank Gary Simmons for phoning me last Sunday, it
made me get my act together and imrpove this mag from the rags it was before!
Just a couple of Don't for using this mag:
Don't press break during using the main menu, I forgot to turn
break off when writing it, if you do it will crash!
Don't press up to move the menu up when you are on either the
Intro scene or Intro scene 2 because of a small bug, it will cause
the menu to get all buggered up and it wont load what you want to
load. If you do this, just exit to the mini menu and it will then
be reset so you can then use the main menu properly again.
Well, what have I been up to?
NOTHING.
As I go to college, we start back again a week later than everyone else. So, every-
one is at school and I am left here on my own to do nothing. All I have done this
week (1st week of September) is write this diskmag and watch loads of videos.
Do any of you outt there use modems and the Internet etc? I think it's great and
most of my ST contacts are connected, so I can e-mail people easily, and this
saves me loads on the postage.
Why when you are drunk do you always come out with the biggest load of rubbish????
I was in this pub in my mates' village and I admit, I was off my trolley by nine as
we commenced the drinking at 7. I remember vaguely jumping up and down on a pool
table singing Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice. WHY? I hated that song. I never listened
to it and cannot remember any of the words now. But, I was up there and knew all
of them!
Great, Beavis and Butthead is on. I'm off now.
Back again, Huh huh, cool. This sucks! I know it's sad to copy these two, but they
really make me laugh.
I've run out of things to say again as I usually do in scrollers etc, so Byeeeee.
Another quickie:
OBTAINING THE B.O.S.
====================
By now, the B.O.S. should be available from all good PDLs etc, but if you can't
obtain it, you may get it from me by sending me two disks and an S.A.E.
I will copy the latest issue (or one you requested), and send it to you.
Also, if you don't have any spare disks, you may send me ú1.50 and
I'll supply the disks and pay for postage. Alternatively, you can give me
ú2.50, and I'll supply you with a registered version of the B.O.S.,
along with postage.
Please make all cheques out to J.Davidson. Thanx.
