  15. Well, for some reason, a while back there was a sudden craze 
  16. about the Addams family all over again.  The old black and white 
  17. comedy series had been brought back for a BBC 2 appearance and 
  18. all of a sudden a feature length film was out on the cinema 
  19. selling tickets by the million, merchandise was selling better 
  20. than P.D pac-man clones and all of a sudden a full price game of 
  21. it was out on the Super Nintendo, soon to spread to many 
  22. formats.

  24. Now the game has dropped along with the hype of it all and is now 
  25. a budget bargain selling at around a tenner in all good computer 
  26. games sellers.

  28. The game is really quite good and although is quite old in coding 
  29. techniques is still a great play.  I have played this on the SNES 
  30. (Super Nintendo) as well and must say that it is EXACTLY the same 
  31. on the ST as it is on the SNES.  As far as I can see, NOTHING has 
  32. been cut out which I was very impressed with.

  34. Everything in this game is of an excellent standard, graphics, 
  35. sound, game play....The lot!

  37. You control old Uncle Fester and have a stupid old plot that 
  38. nobody bothers to read.  You control your character much the same 
  39. to Mario and kill the 'baddies' by jumping on top of them.  It is 
  40. a platform game but an element of puzzling is involved as well 
  41. and proves a good mixture.

  43. Everything is incredibly colourful and full of life and nothing 
  44. stops moving, just leave Uncle Fester for a second and he starts 
  45. twitching and looking very nervous.

  47. There is some great music in this and although it is just very 
  48. basic chip tunes there are some really funky tunes in there 
  49. including the original theme tune from the old comedy series 
  50. itself.

  52. Graphics are all very good and backdrops are detailed and well 
  53. drawn producing a good effect.

  55. Joystick controls are very responsive and fast and everything 
  56. else such as collision detection is also very good indeed so no 
  57. worries there.

  59. Animation is a bit dodgy but not that bad.  I don't like the way 
  60. the screen scrolls.  You walk off the screen and instead of it 
  61. scrolling with you, it catches up and can be a bit of a headache 
  62. at first I thought however, you soon get used to it and it 
  63. doesn't really bother me that much anymore.

  65. The gameplay is great and is platforming at its best, the 
  66. difficulty level isn't too easy or too hard and there are loads 
  67. of secret exits, rooms, doors and passages.

  69. This is a great game and well worth getting so er....Get it!!!
