  9. distributed unless you make prior arrangement with POWERFIST or

  13. smacked bottom and a good telling off.  Copying POWER without our 
  14. permission is stealing from me, POWERFIST and all POWER readers.

  18. means, feel free to copy issues 1-7 of POWER however you like.
