  17. computer related  articles  with STOS programming tips,  assembly pro-

  54. tunes,  then  the  first problem is getting  a  decent  beat.  Whether  
  55. you're a complete beginner or a  complete  expert,  spare beats  always  
  56. come in handy.   There are about 17  rythms  and  2 examples of what can 
  57. be done.   The rythms have been cleverly done so that they will fit to 
  58. almost ALL timings and tunes.

  68. systems.  To be able to make a tune of your own, you need samples, and

  79. This  is one of the biggest STAC advnture games ever.   With  over 650 
  80. locations,  40 hidden rooms, loads of cheat modes, interaction with other 
  81. characters and loads more features,  what better way to while   away  the  
  82. time.    It  has  digitised  pictures  and   an unforgettable plot.   You 
  83. take on the role as Mr.Jones;  a  stupid old  person who's a bit gone in 
  84. the head.   When he starts  acting weird  again  and  hears  people  
  85. shouting  out,  'EE'S  LOST  HIS MARBLES!' he decides that he should go on 
  86. search for these marbles so  people  will like him again.   The readme 
  87. file has  a  massive story  about it all and this comdey of an adventure 
  88. will keep  all types  of  people  happy  for ages as you  work  at  the  
  89. puzzles, communicate  with the characters and do whatever you want  in  
  90. the massive adventure world.

  100. of  program there is.   There is a shoot 'em  up  game,  SPL samples,  FNT 
  101. fonts,  articles from POWER disk magazine and loads, loads more.

  108. If  you have a copy of SIM CITY then you will no doubt agree  that it  is 
  109. an excellent game.   It can get a bit boring after a  while though  and 
  110. even the scenarios get tedious.   SIM CITY  isn't  the kind of game that 
  111. should be packed away gathering dust though so I now present a disk packed 
  112. to the brim with new, original scenarios and cities for you to edit, and 
  113. attempt in anyway you wish. 
  114. A disk that will bring new life to your copy of SIM CITY!

  119.                     *** GA GA GOO GOO AND THE MAZE ***

  122. TWO  full  STAC text adventures on this disk.   The first  is  THE MAZE.  
  123. You are a prisoner of war and have been locked up in a maze that has no 
  124. exit.   However, the people who have captured you want a  bit of enter- 
  125. tainment so they have opened an exit for a  limited period of time.   You 
  126. have to get to that exit in time so that you can  be freed.   The second 
  127. game is GA GA GOO GOO and puts you  in control  of a baby toddler in 
  128. search for his rattle.   There is  a slight tint of humour in there while 
  129. you solve puzzles and  search for the missing rattle!

  138. I  now  present  a  second SPL sample disk  for  release  through  POWERFIST 
  139. PRODUCTIONS.   Just  like the first disk of this nature,  it is packed  with 
  140. samples of all types;  Drum beats,  special effects,  instruments and  loads 
  141. more,  all to help you write your own tunes with SPL compatible systems such 
  142. as NOISETRACKER, PROTRACKER or SOUNDTRACKER.
