These titles are copyright programs
STOS does not automatically work on the Falcon, but with this small set of
new programs you can not only have STOS up and running, you can also
update many of your existing titles. This is not only useful for Falcon
owners, but also for users who have upgraded to TOS 2.06, i.e Mega STE.
The disk contains a new runner for the language, an updater for run only
progs, i.e. those with a STOS folder on the disk, and a program to update
compiled programs.
Some titles will not update correctly, so be sure to try out the process
on back-up disks ONLY.
We have found many programs that are perfectly OK after updating, but
those which use certain add-on extensions may not work properly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
DISKS FROM SERASOFT
SERASOFT titles are NOT public domain - all are copyright and are
distributed with the permission of the author, Ralph Effemey. These disks
are now distributed under the Shareware method and are available at our
normal duplication rate. Details are provided on each disk on how to
register your copy.

Hiya Tony, keefy here again, just a short one this one, it's tuesday
morning and i've just got a letter of that competition winner. He
raised a couple of points, so i've made another small change to the
disclaimer doc. Have a look see. Also, he said he couldn't find the
source for issue 4's menu on the issue 5 disk. Erm....i had a look and
he's right. So can you send it me and i'll send it off to him.
What else was there?, oh i've put his letter in the letters section too.
Anything else?. Oh yes, the menu thing i mentioned at the end of the
other doc. Don't worry about it mate. Colin rang me last night, so
while he was on the phone i asked him, i wasn't too far off, i had the
right commands but my variables were a bit wayward. Anyway, all sorted
now. If i have anything worth showing next time i'll send you it. At
the moment i've managed to open a few windows, display the directory from
the menu, bring up a huge info box, and a couple of other bits. Anyway,
i'm off i'll post this a little later.
bye!
