  3.                         LIFE´S A BITCH DEMO
  4.  
  5. This is a quite new demo from the famous Lost Boys.
  6.   When you first load the demo,you see something familiar.Three faces,
  7. the TLB members,just like in the TLB maggie 2.But then you see two
  8. other faces lighted up by a flashlight.Two new members!
  9. Pressing space will,after a while´s loading,lead you to the main menu.
  10.   Here you can hear a wonderful soundtracker beat,made by Michael 
  11. Bittner from Thalion Software.The well-known megadeth font is used 
  12. in the scroller and some sprites flies around saying "THE LOST BOYS
  13. LIFE´S A BITCH".You can choose between the different screens by 
  14. scrolling a bar (steered with the cursor keys) and then pressing 
  15. space for the screen you want to see.There are only five screens
  16. in this demo.I will write about them in order of appearance:

  18. BEAT-NICK SCREEN  Made by The Lost Boys
  19.  
  20. This is a very nice screen.The first thing you see is a green-yellow
  21. squareshape scrolling towards you and behind the famous "LOSTBOYS"
  22. landscape.After a while a huge scroller shows up.It is not very
  23. beautiful.Then again,you´ll have to wait a while.After a few seconds
  24. different 3d objects begins to roll around on the screen,starting 
  25. with a TLB logo.The objects are VERY fast!

  27. AK-SCREEN  Made by Gigatex

  29. This screen begins with a text saying "GIGATEX PROUDLY PRESENTS" and
  30. a sample saying almost the same thing.A rotating "AK" shows up.
  31. After a while the credits comes up on the screen in a nice font and 
  32. behind the text you see some balls moving around very fast.After that
  33. some other balls shows up,but these you can move in different ways
  34. by using the function keys.
  35. All this made in only 15 hours!

  37. CHROME  Made by ULM and Replicants
  38.  
  39. This is another very nice screen.When you´re in,you see some colours
  40. covering the screen and a scroller with a beautiful background behind.
  41. On the background you see the text "REPLICANTS  ULM".Is this all then?
  42. Nope! If you press the keys 1-0 you will see that the colours 
  43. begins to move and look like waves.It looks like a wonderful mixture
  44. of colours.Pressing F1-F10 will change different values so that the
  45. colours get other forms.

  47. MEGASCROLL 2  Made by ULM
  48.  
  49. This screen is ALMOST fullscreen.There are some blue dots distorting
  50. in the background of a HUGE scroller which is bumping up and down.
  51. All this plus a nice (but very short) sample.

  53. 3D CIRCLE SCROLL  Made by The Lost Boys
  54.  
  55. First you see a starfield coming towards you and then an ugly text
  56. saying "THE LOST BOYS".After that a circle scroller shows up.This 
  57. moves around like a butterfly.Behind the scroller a rastertext comes
  58. up sometimes with all the members of The Lost Boys.

  60. This demo is very good,even though there are only five screens.
