  13. Level Notes:            Duke takes a ride on the most dangerous slide in
  14.                         existence. Dodge pits as you coast down at dizzying
  15.                         speeds. Whip around corners with the wind biting into
  16.                         your face. Laugh as your opponents corpse rides along
  17.                         with you. Attack from bridges and other sniper points.
  18.                         It's DELIVERANCE without that creepy little Banjo boy.
