  7. Please  fill out this form for all material  submitted  to
  8. the Amethyst Users Group. It will assist us in preparing your
  9. contribution for circulation and in helping people select
  10. programs.

  20. Software  contributions are received  for  inclusion into
  21. the  library with the understanding  that  the contributor
  22. is  authorized to make the material  available to others for
  23. their individual  non-commercial  use.  The Users Group
  24. makes no representations as to the utility of the material
  25. in the library for any purpose. Contributions should be
  26. submitted on 8" single density diskettes in CP/M file format
  27. or equivalent.  Please cross-reference  any rewrites or
  28. bug-fixes to prior distributions. It is intended that this
  29. form be filled out  with Mince,  and  left on the submitted
  30. disk  for each  program.   (You may group similar programs
  31. together).  All  commentary on how to fill the form out
  32. should be deleted by the time you are finished. Remember to
  33. keep an original of the form around for  submitting more
  34. than one program. NEVER submit your only 'good copy' of
  35. anything. The USPSnail can damage it, and we all lose.
