HB - Hershey Banner Version 1.5 written by Adam Fritz for CP/M
TURBO Pascal. Released October 21, 1986.
HB15 is a programming project using Hershey data to produce
printed banners.
Hershey refers to Dr. Alan V. Hershey who measured, recorded, and
published coordinates for line segments to compose characters and
symbols from both occidental and oriental graphic usage.
