- This is your first Hang-Gliding lesson, all you have to do is
- fly your glider staight down the hill.

- As you begin you have to run (press space) and pull the glider
- towards you to pick up speed, then as your speed approaches 20 m/s
- ease gently on the bar and let the glider take you up.

- Once in the air just relax and fly gently down the hill.
- try to pass the green check points as you go along, make small
- adjustments as necessary .

- when you approach the ground don't forget to flare gently by pushing
- the bar away from you, don't push too hard or you might stall.
