This is your Second Hang-Gliding lesson, to complete this lesson
you will have to make a coordinated to the left and to the right.
A coordinated turn is a turn in which your altitude remaines constant
even though you glider looses speed.
to accomplish such a turn you have to accelerate slightly before
rolling into the turn, while in the turn ease the bar forward to maintain
the speed and attitude, when you end the turn roll back and pull a bit.
As you begin you have to run (press space) and pull the glider
towards you to pick up speed, then as your speed approaches 20 m/s
ease gently on the bar and let the glider take you up.
After lift off you will have to turn once to your left and once to your
right while maintaining your altitude, you have to pass through
the checkpoints on your route and then accomplish a perfect landing.
when you approach the ground don't forget to flare gently by pushing
the bar away from you, don't push too hard or you might stall.
