with the AAV recombinant plasmid and a nonpackaging complementing AAV
plasmid to provide the AAV genes in trans. The cells are then infected
with adenovirus to allow AAV replication. The wild-type adenovirus is
then removed from the recombinant AAV by heat inactivation or density
