  2.     Why would you want to register Vote?

  6.     1.  There will be no more bug fixes for Vote 1.0 Unregistered!
  7.         (There will be for Registered versions)
  8.  
  9.     2.  Registered shows WHO wrote the poll when a user votes.
  10.  
  11.     3.  Registered has a configurable Bad-User lockout option that will:
  12.  
  13.             1.  Either make a mock syntax error and quit,
  14.             2.  or just outright say "You have been locked out."
  15.  
  16.     4.  Voting Poll handling:
  17.  
  18.             You can configure it if you wish to handle polls in a certain
  19.             way if you get up to a certain number of polls, when you get
  20.             to the number you specify it will do 1 of three things you
  21.             choose:
  22.                     1.  Tell the user the booth is full and he cannot post.
  23.                     2.  Delete all the polls and start over.
  24.                     3.  Delete the oldest poll to make room for the new!
  25.  
  26.     5.  There are already big bug fixes to the Registered Version.

  28.     6.  If I don't start getting a little bit of an income.. my board goes
  29.         *SPLAT* and I can't write anymore. :(

  33.     I'm sorry to make this program Shareware, but times are tough and I
  34.     put some work into this program.  If you can't afford it ask your users
  35.     to donate some money, I'm sure if you got $.50 from 10 users you would
  36.     have enough to register it.
