  8. DESCRIPTION
  9.     RNews is normally run automatically by UUXQT.  It accepts both
  10.     compressed (#! cunbatch) and uncompressed (#! rnews <bytes>)
  11.     news formats.  RNews will extract news articles from the file
  12.     and incorporate them into the AmigaUUCP news heirarchy.  It
  13.     will also append batch references to news articles that are
  14.     to be propogated along to other machines via the UULIB:Sys
  15.     file.

  17.     If run with debugging enabled, temporary decompressed files
  18.     created RNews will not be deleted.
