  6.     Invoking the Program

  11.         TIFF2IFF input_file output_file

  15.             input_file    is the name of the TIFF file to be converted.
  16.             output_file    is the name of the IFF to be created.

  19.             this program does not check to see if the output file
  20.             already exists.
