  9. This tiny extension (INIT) requires System 7 and an ADB Extended
  10. keyboard with control and Help keys.  Basically, you can press
  11. control-Help to toggle Balloon Help on and off! Now, instead of
  12. leaving BH on or off all the time, you can normally leave it off;
  13. when you want help about something, point at it and then press
  14. control-Help to see a balloon.  Press control-Help again, its off.
