  10. the QWERTY and DVORAK keyboards using an FKEY or the keyboard
  11. section of the control panel. Characters typed with the command
  12. key remain in their QWERTY positions so that command-z, command-x,
  13. command-c, and command-v, etc. are all together in the same place
  14. they have always been.
