  9. This program will call (if you have a modem) a number in either
  10. Virginia or Canada and connect to a Master Clock Driver that is
  11. referenced to an atomic standard and set the clock on your Mac to
  12. within one second of the correct time.  Program is free, but the
  13. phone call is not (call lasts 10 seconds).  Version 3.3 also
  14. connects to the 1200 baud host at NIST in Boulder, CO.
