Labels:text | screenshot | font | document OCR: A system of layers (the horizontal bars with the eye icon) lets you put the images on top of each other. They may partly overlap. Together, the layers form the picture, the bottom layer being the background and the top layer being the foreground. A layer can be selected by clicking on it. Using the arrows, you can move the selected layer in front or behind an other layer. You can make a layer temporarily invisible by clicking on the eye icon, to make the creation of your gag easier. The cross removes th selected layer. The info button gives some more info and the droplet icon attaches a higher layer to a lower one. The disk icons are used to save (S) and load (L) the cartoons to and from your hard disk. With the printer icon you can, of course, make a hardcopy of your cartoon. Click on the compass-card to move, resize, enlarge or mirror the selected layer. You can move the layer by clicking somewhere in the rectangle surrounding it, and then dragging in around. For the other transformations you can use the little rectangles on the sides and corners of the layer.
