  34. °    To properly fill in the Order Form,  first of all print the form with a
  35.      command like this at the DOS prompt:

  39.      And be sure to have two sheets of paper ready to be printed out.  If you
  40.      have problems with your printer, or don't have a printer at all, you can
  41.      write the order form at hand, it doesn't matter.

  43.      Fill in the blanks in both sheets.

  45. °    Note for those of you that have decided to contribute with the  20%  of
  46.      the registration total to support Red Cross,  Greenpeace,  or any other
  47.      of the organizations:
  48.      About every  20 or 30 registrations of CAT I will send all the possible
  49.      contributions to the proper organizations.  For so,  I will not be able
  50.      to ship along with your  registered copy of CAT  information  about the
  51.      contribution. Please attach an stamped envelope, if you want me to send
  52.      you back information  about your contribution,  about 1 month after you
  53.      receive your registered version of CAT.

  55. °    The payment must be done with checks and money orders only.

  57. °    Please admit a delay of about two weeks for shipping and handling.

  76. °    Example: if you live in Paris, France, and want to register one copy
  77.      of CAT in a disk, and you are a student:

  79.        ( 1 x 5 + 2 ) - 1.75  =  5.25  ≈> 5 points --> 1.000 Pesetas = 10 US$

  81.      As you can see, the price is quite competitive.  I want everybody to
  82.      take into consideration the registration.  Not for being too cheap the
  83.      quality is lower.  At least, with shareware you don't have this problem.

  85. °    Example: if you live in Wales and want to register one copy of BRiNDYS
  86.      CAT using Internet, with full instructions in case you don't know how
  87.      to handle binary emailed files, and you are planning to register in the
  88.      future more BRiNDYS Software products, the cost will be:

  90.        ( 1 x 5 + 1 ) - 0.6  = 5.4  ≈> 5 puntos --> 1.000 Pesetas ( ≈ £5 )

  92. °    For example: if you live in Argentina,  you want to register one copy of
  93.      CAT,  you are a student  and want  to receive at home  a disk  with the
  94.      registered version of CAT (customized with your name),  the total would
  95.      be the following:

  97.        ( 1 x 5 + 6 ) - 2.75 =  8.25  ≈>   8 points  -->  $16 US dolars

  99. °    Another example: if you live in Córdoba ( México ), and want to register
  100.      one copy of CAT  along with a printed manual,  and unfortunately you are
  101.      unemployed, the total amount would be:

  103.        ( 1 x 5 + 1 x 10 + 6 ) - 10.5 = 10.5 ≈> 10 points --> $20 US dolars

  105. °    Another example: if you live in South Africa, want to register one copy
  106.      of CAT,  you are unemployed,  and want  to receive CAT  by e-mail (with
  107.      full instructions,  in case you don't know how to handle binary e-mail):
