  16.                         <li>On the <emph>Reports</emph> menu, click <emph>Reports Gallery</emph>.</li>
  17.                         <li>In the drop-down list at the top of the page, click a report category (such as <emph>Income and Expenses</emph>) to see the reports it contains.</li>
  18.                         <li>In the list of reports, double-click the report you want to send.</li>
  19.                         <li>In the left pane, click<emph>Customize</emph> to configure the report the way you want to see it, and then         click <emph>OK</emph>.</li>

  26.                 <li><emph>Mail Recipient</emph>. Sends the report as it appears on your screen.</li>
  27.                 <li><emph>Mail Recipient (with <glossary>XML data</glossary>)</emph>. Sends the report in a new data format that is used to create the report on your screen.</li>
  28.                 <li><emph>Mail Recipient (with <glossary>CSV data</glossary>)</emph>. Sends the report in a format that can be displayed in most spreadsheet programs, such as Microsoft Excel.</li>
  29.                 <li><emph>Desktop</emph>. Sends the report to your desktop with both CSV and XML data so you can send it by e-mail, attach it to another document, or import it into another application.</li>

  31.             <li>If you click <emph>Desktop</emph>, Money will send the report there. Otherwise, Money will open your e-mail program and create a new e-mail message displaying the report. You can add a message to the recipient to send along with the report.</li>
  32.             <p>If Money is unable to open your e-mail program, you will be asked if you want to send the report to your desktop. Click <emph>Yes</emph>. The report and any supporting data you chose to send with it will be sent to your desktop. When you are finished using Money, you can attach the report to an e-mail message and send it.</p>
