<tease>What sell price should I enter?</tease>
<reveal>
<p>If you know that you won't sell an investment until it reaches a certain price, enter that price. Otherwise, it's best to use the current price, because it's so hard to predict a stock's future price. You can get current investment prices by clicking <emph>Update prices</emph> in the left pane of the Purchase Wizard if you are connected to the Internet.</p>

<tease>What if I want to play around with the number of shares I want to sell or the investments I want to sell?</tease>
<reveal>
<p>Click the investment's <emph># to Sell</emph> box and type the revised number of shares.</p>

<tease>Why don't I see all of my investments listed?</tease>
<reveal>
<p>The Purchase Wizard excludes investments that are in retirement accounts or accounts in a dependent's name. Investments in those accounts generally cannot be used for other purposes. It also excludes stock option grants and any investments in accounts you've decided to keep out of the Purchase Wizard calculations.</p>

<tease>I want to buy a car. Should I include the down payment in the purchase price?</tease>
<reveal>
<p>It depends. If you know you want to pay the dealer cash for the car, then include the down payment in the purchase price and work through the Purchase Wizard from there. If you know you're going to get a loan to finance all or part of it, then use the Purchase Wizard twice: once for the amount of the down payment and again for the remaining purchase price.</p>
