<p>The <emph>Check the status of recent electronic payments</emph> page lists the <glossary>electronic payments (Epays)</glossary> sent to your <glossary>online bill payment</glossary> provider within the last 60 days. The list shows:</p>
<ul>
<li><emph>Electronic payments in last 60 days.</emph> Includes the payee and the date by which the payment should be made.</li>
<li><emph>Status.</emph> Specifies whether the <glossary>transaction</glossary> has cleared your financial institution.</li>
<li><emph>Confirmation.</emph> Provides the confirmation number supplied by your <glossary>financial institution</glossary>.</li>
</ul>
<p>You can click <emph>Payment Status</emph> to see more details of a specific transaction, including the date the payment was sent to your financial institution and when it cleared. <alink type="cncpt" href="CheckingtheStatusofanElectronicPayment.xml"/></p>
<p>To cancel an electronic payment that has not yet cleared, click <emph>Cancel Payment</emph>, and then follow the instructions on the screen.</p>
<p>The <emph>Check the status of recent electronic payments</emph> page is available only if the financial institution has been set up for online bill payment.</p>

<tease>Does this list include payments made at my bank's Web site?</tease>

<p>No. This list only includes Epays that are paid directly through Money. Although you cannot track the status of a <glossary>Web payment</glossary> in Money, you can tell when a Web payment has cleared your financial institution by downloading and reading the <glossary>online statement</glossary> associated with the account from which you made the payment.</p>

<p>This list only includes payments made in the last 60 days. If an earlier payment has not yet cleared the bank and you want to check its status, go to the account register from which it was paid, right-click the payment, and then click <emph>Payment Status</emph>.</p>
