<p>The <emph>Review recent bills and deposits</emph> page displays a list of <glossary>transactions</glossary> that includes all <glossary tNum="287073">recurring transactions</glossary> that have been recorded in your account registers in the past 60 days, including any scheduled transfers and investment deposits.</p>
<p>For each transaction, the list shows:</p>
<ul>
<li><emph>Num.</emph> Displays both the icon that identifies the transaction type and whatever was in the <emph>Number</emph> field of the transaction form when it was recorded. This might be a check number, Print, Epay, Xfer, Apay, or something unique that you've added to help you identify specific transactions.</li>
<li><emph>Date.</emph> Tells when the transaction occurred.</li>
<li><emph>Payee.</emph> Represents where the money went for payments, transfers, and investment purchases. For deposits, it's where the money came from.</li>
<li><emph>Amount.</emph> Shows the amount recorded in your account register for the transaction. Red numbers enclosed in parentheses represent withdrawals.</li>
<li><emph>Status.</emph> Shows the current state of a transaction (such as Ready to Send, Ready to Print, and Cleared). You can use transaction status to track your bills and deposits in Money.</li>
</ul>
<p>After you record a transaction on the <emph>Manage scheduled bills and deposits</emph> page, the transaction is removed from that list and added to this one.</p>

<p>No. Only recurring transactions set up on the <emph>Manage scheduled bills and deposits</emph> page and recorded with Money 2002 will show up in this list. If you recorded a bill or deposit with an earlier version of Money and then upgraded the program within 60 days of recording, that transaction will not appear in this list.</p>
