  12.             <li><emph>Microsoft Passport</emph>. You can use this password service, offered by Microsoft, to secure your Money file, and to use convenient online features such as Background Banking, bill pay, MoneySide, and MSN Money synchronization. If you forget your Passport password, it's easy to get help.</li>
  13.             <li><emph>Money password</emph>. If you choose not to use Passport, you can still protect your file with a password that you set. Remember to record the password in a safe place. If you forget it, you will be unable to access the data in your Money file.</li>
  14.             <li><emph>PINs</emph>. If you download bank statements or do other online banking, Money can store your Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) for each of your financial institutions. You need a Microsoft Passport to do some online banking tasks.</li>
