<li>On the <emph>Taxes</emph> menu, click <emph>Capital Gains Estimator</emph>.</li>
<li>In the left pane, click <emph>Include accounts</emph>.</li>
<li>Select the accounts you want to include in the analysis, and then click <emph>OK</emph>.</li>
