  38.                 <p>If you're certain that the difference has not occurred because of a mistake made by your bank, the fastest way to make the balances match is to enter an adjustment transaction. If you want to find the transactions that are causing the problem, do the following:</p>

  41.                     <li>Verify that each transaction from your bank statement has been entered in Money. It's easy to forget to enter such transactions as bank charges or interest payments.</li>

  44.                         <li>If it has not been entered, enter it, and then mark it as cleared.</li>

  46.                     <li>Review your Money file for any transactions that you have not marked as cleared.</li>

  48.                         <li>If you have written a personal check that the payee has not yet cashed, flag the transaction, and then follow up with the payee to ensure that the check goes through the bank.</li>
  49.                         <li>If you recorded a recurring bill in this Money account that you actually paid from another account, delete it, and then enter it in the account from which you paid the bill.</li>
