<p>What are you having trouble with?</p>
<extend>
<tease>I want to find more online help for using online statements with Money.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>At the top of Money Help pane, click <emph>Help for this page</emph> to see a list of the Help topics that are most relevant for the place you're currently viewing in Money. If you don't see what you want in that list, type a question in the <emph>Ask Money</emph> box at the bottom of the Money Help pane, and then click <emph>Search</emph>. For example, you might type "When will my Epay get to the person I sent it to?" Money will display a list of Help topics that are relevant to your question.</p>
<p>You can also contact your bank or broker. <alink type="prcdr" href="Keeptrackofmybankorbrokercontactinformation.xml"/></p>

<tease>I want to be sure downloading online statements is safe.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>Money's online services use an encryption technology similar to what's used in <glossary>automated teller machines (ATM)</glossary>. Just keep your online password private and no one will be able to access your information.</p>

<tease>I want to get online statements for all my accounts at a bank.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>Most participating banks provide access to at least checking and savings accounts. You might also be able to access other accounts, such as credit card, line of credit, or money market accounts. Check with your bank for the types of accounts enabled for online services, or use Money's list of financial institutions' online services. <alink type="prcdr" href="Learnwhatbanksinmyareaofferservices.xml"/></p>

<tease>I want to download statements from my broker.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>Downloading statements from a broker that supports this service is just like downloading bank statements. If you have an investment account for which you want to download statements electronically, simply set it up to use online services. <alink type="prcdr" href="Setuponlineservices.xml"/></p>

<extend>
<tease>I want to get statements from two or more banks or brokers.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>Money lets you download information from all your online-enabled accounts at one time. <alink type="prcdr" href="Setuponlineservices.xml"/></p>
<p>After you set up Background Banking, Money will automatically connect to the bank or broker for each account you've set up for online services and get the latest information from each. Money will also download the latest investment quotes from the Internet for each investment listed in your investment accounts.</p>

<tease>I want to delete a transaction that I've downloaded.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>You can delete a downloaded transaction from the register just like any other transaction.<alink type="prcdr" href="Deleteatransaction.xml#xpointer(*/index/klink)"/></p>
</reveal>

<extend>
<tease>My statement includes numbers in parentheses, for example "(20.00)".</tease>
<reveal>
<p>Parentheses denote negative numbers. "(20.00)" means a negative $20.00 transaction (assuming your account's base currency is in U.S. dollars).</p>
</reveal>
</extend>
<extend>
<tease>The <emph>Review transaction details</emph> page includes grayed-out items that I can't select as a match.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>When a transaction is grayed-out, it means that it is no longer available for selection as a match. This is probably because it's already selected as a match for another transaction. You can unmatch this transaction and match it to a different transaction. <alink type="prcdr" href="Unmatchatransactioninthemanualmatchingdialogbox.xml"/></p>
</reveal>
</extend>
<extend>
<tease>Money doesn't recognize a match to an investment in a downloaded statement.</tease>
<reveal>
<p>If you change the ticker symbol of a non-bond investment or change the <glossary tNum="288910">CUSIP</glossary> for a bond, Money will not be able to accurately match it to the corresponding item on your statement. When asked, specify the investment that matches the item on your statement.</p>
<p>This may be because some other account activity hasn't cleared your bank or broker. For example, you wrote a check that hasn't yet cleared your bank.</p>
</reveal>
</extend>
<extend>
<tease>Accepting all my downloaded transactions one by one is too time consuming. Is there a faster way?</tease>
<reveal>
<p>You can accept all transactions at once if you're satisfied that they are accurate. <alink type="prcdr" href="AcceptAllUnreadTransactionsInTheAccountRegisterAtOnce.xml"/></p>
