<p>When you download transactions, Money attempts to match them to transactions you've entered manually in the register. If a downloaded transaction is matched incorrectly, you will need to unmatch it before you can match it to the correct transaction.</p>

<li>In the register, click the transaction you want to unmatch, and then click <emph>Change</emph>.</li>
<p>The transaction you are working with will be highlighted on the <emph>Review transaction details</emph> page.</p>
<li>Clear the check box for the transaction you want to unmatch.</li>
<li>Select the check box for the transaction it should be matched to.</li>
<p>If the transaction you want to match it to is grayed out, you will have to unmatch that transaction before you can select it.</p>
<li>Change any details and then click <emph>Done</emph>.</li>

<p>If a transaction you entered in the register is already matched to a downloaded transaction, it will be grayed out in the list and you will not be able to select it. You will have to unmatch it before you can match it to a different transaction. If a matched transaction has already been accepted or cleared, you will not be able to unmatch it.</p>
