<li>On the <emph>Accounts & Bills</emph> menu, click <emph>Account List</emph>.</li>
<li>Under <emph>Frequent Flyer Programs</emph>, click the program you want to view.</li>
<li>In the left pane, click <emph>Record expired awards</emph>.</li>

<li>To accept the miles as expired and unusable, click <emph>Accept</emph>.</li>
<li>To edit any incorrect information, click the expired mileage links.</li>
<li>To leave the miles marked as expired, click <emph>Cancel</emph>. </li>
</ul>
<p variant="note">You can always return to expired miles later and accept or change them.</p>

<li>Click the entry that you want to activate, and then click <emph>Expire</emph>.</li>
<li>Click <emph>Not yet expired</emph> or <emph>Never expire</emph>, and then click <emph>OK</emph>.</li>

<p>The entry is still marked for expiration. To change this, you will either need to click <emph>Edit</emph> to change the award details, or click <emph>Change program details</emph> in the left pane to change the program's expiration policy.</p>
