  32.     Edit (TM) must have the written authorization of the author, without 
  33.     which, the distributor is guilty of copyright violation.  To receive such
  34.     authorization, send this completed application, along with a copy of

  50.          TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF Mega Edit (TM):

  56.             provided to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
