Quote Ticker Bar for Windows CE (QTBCE) was designed to provide mobile Windows CE users with financial data via the Internet.  By offering this information in a quick and simple interface, users will no longer have to deal with a multitude of seperate web pages;  the data retrieval of QTBCE is accomplished automatically, without having to force updated manually.
  8. <P>Born in the wake of its sister product, Quote Ticker Bar (QTB), QTBCE was created during the first technical betas of Windows CE and was designed to take advantage of the Windows CE environment at its outset.  In addition to getting raw data from the Internet, QTBCE also allows you to search for ticket symbols, via Pocket Internet Explorer, set ceiling and floor price alarms, export financial data, and access upto 9 different financial servers
