You may distribute the shareware version of SuperBlox v. 2.0 provided that
you comply with the following software license.
I.) Definitions

The shareware version of SuperBlox v. 2.0
II.) The Agreement
In order to distribute this software, the following conditions must
be met:
1.) BBSs, online services, internetworks, and other forms of
electronic distribution, are freely allowed to distribute this
software without permission of the author provided that the
specified files are included in the distribution.
2.) Non-ASP vendors may not sell copies of this software, even if
the purchase price is just to cover duplication costs, without
the express written permission of the author. Although ASP
members do not need to obtain written permission for distribution,
a brief letter stating that you are distributing the software
is encouraged (but not required).
3.) You may not include this software in any collection produced
by any user group, commercial library, or any for-profit or
nonprofit organization without the express written permission of
the author.
4.) This software may not be sold on retail racks or CD-ROM disks
without the express written permission of the author.
5.) The following files, with dates and file sizes shown, MUST be
included in any form of distribution:

These files may not be altered or modified in any way. You may,
however, add additional files to the distribution package.
Vendors which are charging a fee for distributing this software
do not have to include the following files:
■ vendor.doc 3,352 08-11-94
■ file_id.diz 366 08-08-94
All electronic forms of distribution must contain both of these
files in the distribution package.
6.) Individual copies of this software may not be sold for more than
$10.
7.) This software may not be represented as anything other than
shareware and the shareware concept must be explained in any ad
or catalog that quotes a price and on any packaging used to
display the disk. The explanation of the shareware concept must
make it clear that with shareware an additional registration fee
is required if users continue to use the software.
8.) You must stop selling and/or distributing copies of this version
of the software upon notice from the author.
9.) The terms of this distribution license are subject to change with
the release of new versions of this software.
