  25. PHOTO PICS on CD-ROM FOR MACINTOSH ("this Software") are licensed for the 
  26. exclusive use of the original purchaser ("you") for use on one computer only. 
  27. You are free to move this software from one computer location to another, as 
  28. long as there is no possibility of its being used at two locations at 
  29. one time. This software should be treated like a book, which cannot be 
  30. read by two people at two different locations at the same time (unless, of 
  31. course, the Parsons Technology license agreement has been violated).

  34. library for your personal use, to copy the images in the present form, and 
  35. to incorporate them into other work. You can use the pictures for purposes

  37. as graphics for resale or clip art. They cannot be part of any software 
  38. product or electronic document without written permission. The images can 
  39. be used as an incidental part of any non-electronic product, such as 
  40. newsletters. If the image constitutes a substantial portion of the value, 
  41. such as an art image on a t-shirt or poster manufactured for resale, 
  42. written permisstion from Parsons Technology must be obtained.
