As we talked, I was struck by the parallels between my career goals and business philosophies, and those of First Southern. Having spent a number of years in the banking industry, including three years of 'hands-on' branch management in Boston, I feel that I have a pretty good grasp of what does and does not work. Our discussion of First Southern's marketing programs and branch management policies bears out my initial impression that this is a bank which is doing things the right way. As a consequence, I would feel privileged to have the opportunity to join First Southern's team.
