  35. your factory.  We know these are also difficult too.
  36. But this happened to our goods long before they're arrival.
  37. We have done everything per your instructions, but
  38. you have responded in the negative to our concerns.

  40. As for Mr. Smth, he has proved inflexible and expressed
  41. strong disapproval with our suggestions, while he skirted
  42. around all the important issues.

  44. It is unfortunat that we cannot seem to easily and
  45. successfully reach a productive working arrangement.  We
  46. estimate that we are among you're more larger customers.
  47. Your delays suggest that you don't know who you are dealing
  48. with.

  50. Great Food's service is not adequate enough for my colleagues
  51. and I.  We will not
  52. purchase any more of your products, if it's quality does not improve.  Never, ever, ever
