  34. (1) Put the currencies you like to have into fields J4 to J8
  35.      and put the ratio compared to the first (local) currency
  36.      into the fields L5 to L8 (i.e., L4 will always be 1)               
  37. (2) Put date under "D" for days and "M" for months, de-
  38.      scription of item under "item" and the code according to
  39.      the code assigned in the fields L4 to L8, lastly insert
  40.      the amount spent under "foreign" (row 4 to 100) and
  41.      the home currency will be calculated under "local"      
  42. (3) The field "difference" indicates how much the first
  43.      person (+) or second person (-) is spending more
  44.      (the difference didivided by 2 is the actual sum owed).
  45. (4) For checking the total holidays cost per day, enter  
  46.      the days into filed L1 and the travel costs in field M1,
  47.      field K1 will give you the holiday cost per person per day.
