No-one can tell you how to achive Psynergy with the world around you, you have to discover it for yourself.
What you have to realise is that you now have one of the most challenging game of logic, skill and deduction to be released in years.

You have to return harmony to the world of Psynergy by returning every section of the Matrix to the preferred state (which is shown at the start of each level).
Tap or Select a section of the Matrix to alter it, but beware. Psynergy is everywhere, it is all around, and it links everything...

Don't throw your machine against the wall in frustration. It's just a game.
Read the little quote in the Level Information screen. It always contains a clue as to how to solve the level. These get more and more cryptic as the game proceeds
Remember you can restart a level at any time with no penalty.
The levels of difficulty of the various levels in Psynergy are as balanced as one deranged author can make them.
While the levels are progressed through one at a time, it should be noted that they start out easy and get progressivly harder.
As a rule of thumb, each group of eight levels is in a band of difficulty (ie easy would be levels one through eight).
Each set of eight levels will always finish with Rubik's Interlude, a puzzle where no help is given, and which is usually quite a step up in difficulty compared to previous levels.
