  1. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. The use and redistribution of this program ("Software") is subject
  4. to the following conditions:

  6. 1. You may not copy and distribute the Software nor any of its
  7.    derivatives in whole or in part unless:

  9.    a) the copyright notice and this conditions appear on all copies;
  10.    b) copies are complete and unaltered with all messages intact;
  11.    c) no charge is associated with the distribution of such copies
  12.    d) any distribution made by you hereunder is expressly made
  13.       subject to an acknowledgment by you and the recipient of
  14.       such distribution that BEELOGIC SOFTWARE retains
  15.       exclusive ownership of the Software including all intellectual
  16.       property rights therein, at all times.

  27.    publicity pertaining to the use or redistribution of this Software

  41.    CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES
  42.    WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA
