  50.  and vegetables on skewers that are cooked on an open flame. You will be able
  51.  to find yakitori at a robata-yaki. A robata-yaki is a kind of food bar that
  52.  customers sit around and call out their orders to the chef at the center. The
  53.      raw foods are placed in a display so if you can point- you can eat.
  54.  If you are planning to drive in Japan you will have to bring an international
  55.  license with you. The license is available at the AAA for a nominal fee.
  56.  In Japan cars have the steering wheel on the opposite side and drive on the
  57.  opposite side of the road than in the U.S. -so be careful. Many roads in
  58.  Japan are very narrow but the Japanese are considered very good drivers.
  59.  Noodles in a soup base are extremely popular in Nihon. Various types of
  60.  noodles are used in these dishes: soba,   udon,   and somen. Often a fried
  61.  shrimp or some beef is added. To eat these dishes you should first pick
  62.  out and eat the noodles with your chopsticks. Slurping is encouraged! When
  63.  you finish the noodles pick up the bowl and drink the soup.
