  14. "The Animated Alphabet"

  16. is a fun educational program that uses pictures to represent each
  17. letter of the alphabet.  When the child chooses the correct letter,
  18. the picture turns into an entertaining  animated sequence.

  20. To Run:  Copy all files to your hard drive.  Type ALPHABET.
  21. Help: Hit the F1 function key     Quit: Hit the Escape (Esc) key.
  22. Ages: Pre-school through first grade.

  24. Benefits of registration:

  26. 1 -  A copy of "The Animated Alphabet" is sent to you personalized
  27.      with your child's name.
  28. 2 -  Another alphabet program called ABCSONG, with new animations
  29.      is sent to you.  This program helps teach keyboard location
  30.      skills.  ABCSONG is only available to those who register "The
  31.      Animated Alphabet".

  39. teaches shape and color identification using a colorful menu system
  40. designed for children.  Each shape that is correctly identified
  41. combines with other shapes to create a picture.  Upon completion,
  42. the picture becomes an entertaining mini-movie.

  46. Ages: Pre-school through the first grade.

  71. with a "mouse" menu with a built-in mouse.

  74. Help and Quit: Are found on the menu screen.
  75. Ages: Pre-school and older.  The younger ones can have the stories
  76.       read to them as they unfold on the screen, and older children
  77.       can practice their reading skills.

  81. registration with FLIX Productions.  There is not a shareware
  82. version available.

  89. teaches counting, addition and subtraction with animated rewards 
  90. every step of the way.  Not just a drill, but a tutorial that 
  91. gives graphic help as needed.  The game room can be visited after 
  92. completing ten questions.  Includes MOUSE SUPPORT!
