  14.      TRY-ME-FIRST is the exclusive marketing program of Com Spec, of Lake
  15.      Charles, Louisiana.  It is a program, that gives you an incentive to
  16.      become a Registered User and gives our company the vehicle to market
  17.      all of our fine programs.

  19.      For a software company to be financially successful, it must be able
  20.      to have it's software adequately presented to the public.  That is
  21.      were TRY-ME-FIRST comes in. After many years of trial and error, this
  22.      form of marketing and advertisement has really proven to be the most
  23.      effective.  That's not only great for Com Spec, but that's also great
  24.      for you.

  26.      When an individual becomes a Registered User, who has secured this
  27.      program because of your efforts, we make a profit.  For this reason,
  28.      we want to reward you for the effort that you have put forth in help- 
  29.      ing us to market our programs.  During the first two years that you 
  30.      are a Registered User, you will receive a Finder's Fee each time an
  31.      individual Registers this program because of your personal efforts.

  33.      The TRY-ME-FIRST Marketing Program works very simply. First, you will 
  34.      need to become a Registered User.  Please complete the Registration
  35.      Form (REG-FORM.DOC) and mail, along with the Registration Fee.  Upon
  36.      receiving your Registration, Com Spec will immediately send you ver-
  37.      ification of your Registration, along with your Personal Registration
  38.      Number. After you have receive your Registration Number, you should
  39.      then enter this number into your copy of this program. In this way,
  40.      your Registration Number will be automatically listed on each and
  41.      every Registration Form submitted because of your direct efforts.

  43.      As a simple example, suppose that you uploaded this program to one,
  44.      or more, Bulletin Boards. Let's suppose, that because of your action,
  45.      480 individuals downloaded this program and 120 of them decided to
  46.      become Registered Users.  The Standard Finder's Fee that is paid by
  47.      Com Spec, for this type of service, is $5.00 for each and every Reg- 
  48.      istration Form submitted with your Registration Number on it during
  49.      the first two years of your Registration.  Now lets suppose, that you
  50.      uploaded this program to 25 different Bulletin Boards and gave a copy
  51.      to every one of your close friends, that has a computer.  The possi-

  59.      other Registered User, will earn a Finders Fee.  This is strictly up
  60.      to you and the amount of effort that you are willing to put forth in
