  13. THORO4.ZIP - The  Cambridge Thoroughbred Handicapper, Version
  14. 4.15. This proven handicapping  program allows you to analyze
  15. Thoroughbred  Races  and  pick  likely  winners  quickly  and
  16. easily, even if you've never handicapped before. This release
  17. includes  updated formulas,  speed rating  and track  variant
  18. calculations.  Handicapping  factors  include  half-mile  and
  19. final  time, lengths  behind, post  position, weight carried,
  20. jockey record, speed rating,  track variant, class and beaten
  21. favorite. Registration  entitles user to  an enhanced version
  22. with  even more  features. Runs  on any  XT or AT compatible.
