  62. Mind Chart is a product of Mind Over Matter Systems, copyright 1988, 
  63. and must be treated as such by you. Your use of this program is sub- 
  64. ject to your concurrence with the terms and conditions of the Mind 
  65. Chart license agreement, and is entirely at your own risk. Mind Over 
  66. Matter Systems makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the re- 
  67. sults or performance of Mind Chart. This system was developed using 
  68. the QuickBASIC 3.0 language compiler. QuickBASIC, the BRUN30.EXE 
  69. file, and the contents of MCLIB.EXE are copyrighted products of 
  70. Microsoft Corporation (1982-1987, all rights reserved).

  74. You are encouraged to make copies for archival purposes, and to dis- 
  75. tribute unmodified copies to other potential users, but you may not 
  76. sell or market the product, either as it is or in combination with 
  77. other software. Each registered copy is to be used on a single person- 
  78. al computer and is not to be networked or otherwise used on more than 
  79. one machine at a time, with the exception of those copies obtained un- 
  80. der a site license agreement. Site licenses apply to the personal 
  81. computers owned by a single company and located at a single location.

  83.            ***  Becoming a REGISTERED USER  ***

  85. You have received your copy of Mind Chart as a shareware product. 
  86. Shareware is "try before you buy" software. This means that we rely 
  87. upon your honesty and integrity to become a registered user if you 
  88. intend to use Mind Chart. If you decide not to use the product, you 
  89. are under no obligation to register your copy. The price of Mind 
  90. Chart is $50 for a single user. Site licenses are $350 for a maximum 
  91. of ten users, or $600 for unlimited site use. The registration amount 
  92. should be sent in check or money order form to:

  98. A registration/invoice form is supplied on the Mind Chart program 
  99. diskette in a file called "REGISTER". To print it, use the DOS "TYPE" 
  100. command (eg. enter TYPE A:REGISTER>PRN with the diskette in drive A, 
  101. etc.). You may register your copy without the form by including your 
  102. name and address with your payment.

  104.            ***  Becoming a Mind Chart PARTNER  *** 
  105.  
  106. When you register your copy of Mind Chart, we will send you a regis- 
  107. tration number which you should file for safe keeping. As you share 
  108. the product with others, you should supply them with this number so 
  109. that they may submit it when they register their copy. For each user 
  110. who registers a copy of Mind Chart with your registration number on 
  111. his or her form, we will send you a commission check for $10 (or 15% 
  112. of the applicable site license registration fee). The only require- 
  113. ments to be a Partner are that you yourself be a registered user, that 
  114. your number appear on the new user's registration form at the time of 
  115. registration, and that you not be a commercial shareware distributor.
