  10. This  package  contains  the  evaluation  version of the ZMNP
  11. comms  libraries  for  PC  compatibles  which  features   (in
  12. addition  to  basic   interrupt  driven  asynchronous   comms
  13. functions)  MNP  level  2  error  correction  and the XMODEM,
  14. YMODEM and  ZMODEM file  transfer protocols.   The  libraries
  15. work with Microsoft C version  5.1 and Turbo C versions  2.00
  16. and 2.01.  Libraries are available for all the memory  models
  17. supported by these compilers.

  20. Restrictions in the evaluation version.

  22. 1) The library displays an unsightly version message.  This
  23.    does not appear in the production version.

  25. 2) The file transfer 'quiet' options and user supplied
  26.    progress reporting functions are ignored.  Both these
  27.    options work in the production version.

  29. 3) Only the small code / small data libraries are supplied.
  30.    All memory models are supported in the production
  31.    version.
