  5.      TRY-ME-FIRST is  the exclusive marketing  program of Com
  6. Spec, of Lake Charles, Louisiana. It is a program, that gives
  7. you an  incentive to become  a Registered User  and gives our
  8. company the vehicle to market all of our fine programs.
  9.  
  10.      For a software company  to be financially successful, it
  11. must be  able to have  it's software adequately  presented to
  12. the public.  That is were  TRY-ME-FIRST comes in.  After many
  13. years  of  trial  and  error,  this  form  of  marketing  and
  14. advertisement  has really  proven to  be the  most effective.
  15. That's not only great for Com Spec, but that's also great for
  16. you.

  18.      When an  individual becomes a  Registered User, who  has
  19. secured  this  program  because  of  your  efforts, we make a
  20. profit. For this reason, we want to reward you for the effort
  21. that  you  have  put  forth  in  help-  ing  us to market our
  22. programs.  During  the  first  two   years  that  you  are  a
  23. Registered User, you will receive a Finder's Fee each time an
  24. individual  Registers this  program because  of your personal
  25. efforts.

  27.      The  TRY-ME-FIRST Marketing  Program works  very simply.
  28. First,  you will  need to  become a  Registered User.  Please
  29. complete the Registration Form (REG-FORM.DOC) and mail, along
  30. with the Registration Fee.  Upon receiving your Registration,
  31. Com  Spec will  immediately send  you ver-  ification of your
  32. Registration, along  with your Personal  Registration Number.
  33. After you  have receive your Registration  Number, you should
  34. then  enter this  number into  your copy  of this program. In
  35. this  way,  your  Registration  Number  will be automatically
  36. listed on each and  every Registration Form submitted because
  37. of your direct efforts.

  39.      As  a simple  example,  suppose  that you  uploaded this
  40. program to one, or more, Bulletin Boards. Let's suppose, that
  41. because  of  your  action,  480  individuals  downloaded this
  42. program and  120 of them decided  to become Registered Users.
  43. The Standard Finder's Fee that is  paid by Com Spec, for this
  44. type of service,  is $5.00 for each and  every Reg- istration
  45. Form submitted with your Registration Number on it during the
  46. first two years of your  Registration. Now lets suppose, that
  47. you uploaded this program to 25 different Bulletin Boards and
  48. gave a  copy to every one  of your close friends,  that has a
  49. computer. The  possi- bilities of your  financial success are
  50. really tremendous.

  52.      Com Spec  mails all earned Finder's  Fees on, or before,
  53. the  15th  of  each  month.  This  check  covers  all  of the
  54. Registrations  that  we  have  received  during  the previous
  55. month.  With a  little bit  of effort,  you could very easily
  56. recieve a check  each and every month. But  at the same time,
  57. Computer  Specialties does  not  guarantee  that you,  or any
  58. other  Registered  User,  will  earn  a  Finders Fee. This is
  59. strictly  up to  you and  the amount  of effort  that you are
  60. willing to  put forth in our  TRY-ME-FIRST Marketing Program.
