WinOutline is an "outline processor" for Windows 3.x. It creates outlines with headings, sus-headings, etc. up to eight layers deep and has many of the "usual" word processing features (cut/copy/paste/delete, etc.). It automatically numbers sections, and will export or print its output. Its advantage over a standard word processor is its automatic numbering and rearrangement.
When WinOutline is started, a "registration box" pops up and asks you to enter your registration number. It will not accept anything but a valid registration number, but pressing the "cancel" button instead will start the program for demonstration use.
