  7. World Time for Windows is a simple desk accessory which displays the time
  8. at various locations all around the world. It does *not* run in Real Mode.

  10. This program is distributed as a ZIP file. Detailed installation instructions
  11. are given in the manual. WINTIME.ZIP contains:

  13.         WRLDTIME.EXE    - The Windows 3.0 executable
  14.         WRLDTIME.DOC    - The manual in Word for Windows format
  15.         WRLDTIME.WRI    - The manual in Windows Write format

  18. IMPORTANT:
  19.     You *must* set the TZ (time zone) environment string correctly for
  20. World Time for Windows to function. Please refer to the manual for details
