Application Dock is a toolbar that sits along the right side of your screen to
provide quick access to many of your programs. The toolbar stays visible all of the time, and simply clicking on it once brings it to the top, where you can
double-click on an icon to bring up the program associated with it. Application Dock was not designed to be a replacement for a shell like Program Manager, but
rather to supplement it. Although it certainly could be used for this purpose
