  2. DUMPER is a utility which allows you to print files by "dumping"
  3. them directly to your printer port, bypassing the Print Manager
  4. within Windows.  In enhanced mode, the Print Manager can s-l-o-w
  5. your system down tremendously, and in other modes, you may be
  6. sitting awhile while the Print Manager takes over your system and
  7. slowly spools a file to the printer.  DUMPER can speed up print
  8. operations that would ordinarily deprive you of use of your system.
